7. Cyber Health Check & Free Tools

Our Cyber Health Check and other free assessment tools are provided for informational purposes only. Results are based on self-reported data and should not be considered a substitute for a professional security audit. NIFTECH does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of assessment results and is not liable for any decisions made based on these tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIFTECH Cyber Security Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services.
